The Historical Society holds three (3) dinner meetings each year; June, August, and October. During the August meeting, Historical Society members over 80 are honored.
Early in 1997, we were privileged to host a seminar during which time quilts from the area were registered. The information gleaned from this registration will be placed in a book which outlines quilts from a number of surrounding counties. As a result of this registration, three quilts which belong to the Museum were on loan to the Erie Historical Society and were displayed at Allegheny College at the Erie Art Museum. |
